To use and maintain the Plan✕ product and services, you’ll need to give us the details of two key people – these people will be our main point of contact.
Role | What do they do? | How much of their time will be needed? |
---|---|---|
Product owner | The person responsible for getting Plan✕ up and running in your council, and then later for checking the right people have access to it, and that it is meeting your needs. | |
10-15 days during setup and onboarding, then only occasional involvement. | ||
Service owner | The person with day to day responsibility for the content of the digital planning services themselves. That includes checking and testing the services, gathering and monitoring feedback from users and stakeholders, and monitoring how people use the services, and the impact / benefits. |
They will have access to and control over your flows in the Plan✕ editor, but they don’t have to get involved in flow writing if they don’t want to.
To begin with this is likely to be 1 person, but there could be more in future as you use Plan✕ to create more services. | 1-5 days per week, depending on the services you use |
