The PlanX team, in collaboration with user research experts contracted by Lambeth Council, conducts regular user research with residents and planning professionals—including architects, planning agents, and consultants. This research is used to test new product features, assess the usability of services, involve users in co-designing solutions, and gain insights into current user pain points.
