When you write or share flows we are keeping a copy of that data. This is unlikely to contain any personal or sensitive data. In fact, by default it is currently shared under an Open Government Licence (OGL), although in future Plan✕ may support a range of licence options.
When an applicant or an agent acting on behalf of an applicant uses Plan✕, the specific information they are asked to provide will be determined by the Customer through the Plan✕ editor. We call this ‘submission data’.
This information may include:
Such as names, addresses, email addresses and information about the user’s relationship with the property or application in question.
Information relating to the property in question, such as its address and precise location and the proposals **which could be sensitive or personal data depending on the context.
Any information contained within files that users may upload to the services, such as drawings or documents. This can include personal or sensitive information.
