Plan✕ is a content management system (CMS) for digital planning services. It allows planning authorities to collaboratively build and maintain smart, data-powered ‘rules as code’ planning services that make planning simpler, for everyone.

Plan✕ is open source, and being developed in collaboration with local authorities and MHCLG.
